The mission of One Way Ministry has always been to preach the Gospel and reach souls for Christ
and that believers know and experience the fullness of the truth. Our approach has been to go to the
people as opposed to sitting in a building with stained glass windows and see if people come to us.
On one occasion going meant flying to Ghana, West Africa. At that point One Way Ministry National
Community Outreach, Inc. became international. We were then assigned to go to Kenya where we
found churches also receptive to the fullness of the Jesus experience. Today we are pressing forward
in an effort to see souls saved; we continue to preach truth and the fullness of it. My personal efforts
are to bring entire fellowships into the full counsel of God. We want to share with everyone all that has
been given to us by God.
One Way Ministry has a vision for our community. We believe our community has needs to which
Jesus wants to minister. God simply needs willing vessels to carry His message of truth, love, and
hope to those who seem to be in the most need, but are somehow forgotten.
You too have a ministry of God within yourself. Will you join together with us to build a better
community of man and God.
History
One Way Ministry has been operating in the Omaha community since 1982. Initially we, Mike Moten
with the help and direction of the LORD, primarily developed and taught Bible Studies. In 1993, two
home bible studies, and a few other friends became One Way Ministry Apostles' Doctrine Church. In
August of 1993, One Way Ministry acquired a parcel of land at the corner of 60th and Grand.
In January of 1996, we were blessed to be able to purchase the property just north of that lot. It was our
desire to have all of this property and to build a church building with plenty of space for parking. God
has directed us to build a community outreach center that will enable us to demonstrate His provision
for social, economic as well as Spiritual needs. We completed the renovation of this property in 2002.
